4. Building the Frame and Installing the Composite Wood
Building the gate is a delicate stage. The composite wood boards are precisely assembled on a previously built aluminum tube frame to form the gate. Finishing touches ensure a flawless look while taking into account resistance to weather and wear.
5. Installing the Electrical Mechanism
Once the gate structure is built, we install the motor. The electrical conduits were run beforehand, in compliance with all installation standards. The sensors and control system are precisely installed to ensure the gate operates smoothly.
6. Testing and Calibration
Once the electrical mechanism is installed, tests are carried out to check that the gate works properly. Calibration ensures that the gate moves precisely and safely.
7. Finishes and Handover
